CES 2025, the mega consumer technology event organized by the Consumer Technology Association, will open the curtain on its new edition in Las Vegas from January 7 to 10, 2025, once again becoming the largest stage in the technology industry, where brands seek to surprise with their latest releases.
At the fair, which will run until next Friday, artificial intelligence will have more prominence than ever, as well as all kinds of gadgets powered by this booming technology.
This year, electronics companies and the world's biggest names in technology, such as Samsung, Nvidia, Sony and more, will once again be the main protagonists of the conference, but players in the advertising industry will also discuss the horizon that this new year offers to the world of marketing.
Global companies, from major brands to innovative startups, industry executives, media outlets and government leaders will take the stage at CES 2025.
CES 2025: The tech conference opens its doors
“We’re ready to dive into CES 2025. There’s a lot of momentum heading into the event with a record 3,400+ Innovation Award submissions, 4,500+ exhibitors including approximately 1,400 startups, and 1,100 speakers for more than 300 conference sessions,” said Gary Shapiro, CEO and vice president of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), in a statement. “We’re on track for an incredible event where attendees will see everything new in technology, from the latest in artificial intelligence and digital health to advanced mobility, smart communities, sustainability and accessibility technology.”
Among the most prominent themes this year is artificial intelligence, and how generative AI is driving innovation. This technology will be present at the event through different aspects, to demonstrate how AI is improving user experiences, increasing productivity, improving health and more from exhibitors such as DeepX, EMD, LG, Lotte, Samsung or Siemens.
Another highlight of this edition will be the energy transition, focusing on the creation of a more sustainable future, and overcoming the technical and scalability barriers of this technology.
In addition, mobility will take the floor, from passenger cars and autonomous solutions, to construction, agriculture, marine technology and advanced air travel, from brands such as BMW, Brunswick, Caterpillar, Honda, John Deere, Oshkosh and Scout Motors.
One of the big stars of CES 2025 will undoubtedly be quantum computing, a mechanic that promises to accelerate technologies and create new applications with greater security, detection and computing that will drive innovation.
The voices of innovation in Las Vegas
In the words of Kinsey Fabrizio, president of CTA: “CES brings together the entire technology ecosystem in Las Vegas, including an interesting list of celebrities and ambassadors representing global brands.” In 2025, CES will feature an outstanding cast of international professionals and personalities, including names such as will.i.am, artist and founder and CEO of FYI.AI; Karlie Kloss, supermodel and founder of Kode With Klossy; or Lenny Kravitz, music icon who will perform at the iconic Sphere on the occasion of the technology event.
In addition, the main conferences at CES will be led by professionals such as Linda Yaccarino, CEO of X Corp; Ed Bastian, CEO of Delta Air Lines; Martin Lundstedt, President and CEO of Volvo Group; or Julie Sweet, President and CEO of Accenture.
