What does the first personalized shopping cart with AI look like?

The world of electronic commerce is being revolutionized by new technologies. Proclinic Group, a comprehensive provider of services for the dental sector in Spain, launches the first personalized shopping cart generated with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

With this novelty, the company will be the first in Spain to have this technology in its online stores. This innovation has been carried out by the company's Marketing and Digital Product team.

What is the Magic Cart?
It is a button called Magic Cart and that provides the user with the advantage of saving time. In addition, with a single click, the artificial intelligence on which this functionality is maintained predicts the products that the user will need and fills the basket of the cart. To make it a reality, they are based on parameters established in relation to the purchasing habits of each client, taking into account the frequency and recency of purchases, as well as another series of variables that make up the algorithm. Thus, with the use of Machine Learning, the cart is constantly learning about the habits of the customers to facilitate the purchase. It is currently in beta phase.

On the other hand, this smart cart has all the ecommerce references, based on the 60,000 specialized articles for dentists and professionals in the dental sector.

The company has also launched other initiatives with Open AI technology, GPT Chat, with the aim of improving the description of product sheets and their visualization on the web. So that more than 100,000 references will see their content improved in a very short time.
