Amazon Haul arrives in Spain: this is how the giant marketplace's low-cost platform works.

Amazon has just launched its low-price product platform, Amazon Haul, in Spain. Already available both on the website and through the marketplace app, Amazon Haul offers thousands of products across various categories, including fashion, home, and lifestyle, for €20 or less. Amazon Haul: Same Experience at Lower Prices The marketplace giant launched Amazon Haul in the United States in November 2024 and subsequently introduced it to other markets such as the United Kingdom and Germany. Now, almost a year after its launch, it's time to launch in Spain, where Amazon hopes to make Haul a prominent service and continue to compete with other heavyweights in ultra-low prices, such as Temu and Shein. Amazon Haul's offerings are made up of items priced at €20 or less, with most under €10 and some starting at just €1. However, this catalog doesn't integrate with the classic Amazon version, as Haul has its own shopping experience, search, shopping cart, and checkout process. A way to reach a new market segment that values low costs, but without associating this idea with its core structure. Although Amazon Haul has its own shopping experience, customers will be able to enjoy the same configuration they already enjoy on Amazon, including the ability to leave and access reviews and star ratings. Furthermore, the marketplace ensures that all Haul products have been verified by Amazon and comply with applicable regulations and platform policies. Ruth Díaz, General Manager of Amazon in Spain, states: "At Amazon, we innovate every day to respond to what customers want and need; and we know that finding good products at very low prices is important to our customers in Spain. We are delighted to be able to offer even more savings options through Amazon Haul, without sacrificing the trust, security, and customer service that Amazon offers." Likewise, Amazon Haul's design also differentiates itself by featuring a more colorful aesthetic, incorporating emoticons and more compelling calls to action. ("Only 3 left," "Free shipping on orders over €15," etc.). Regarding its menus and sections, Haul features categories such as "Incredible Prices," "Fall Essentials," "Social Favorites," and "Trending." Additional Offers for a More Attractive Price While Amazon Haul products already have very low prices, the platform follows the same offer strategy used by other competitors, such as Temu, to entice consumers. They can take advantage of additional discounts such as 5% off orders over €30 or 10% off orders over €50. When it comes to shipping, there are also savings opportunities: orders of €15 or more include free shipping. Orders under €15 will be charged a standard rate of €3.50. The delivery time for Amazon Haul purchases is two weeks or less. Returns If you wish to return a product, this process is completely free as long as it is done within 15 days of receipt. The company explains that: "In many cases, customers don't need to print a label or use a box to package their return. They can take it to their preferred return location—including collection points such as Celeritas or SEUR—which will take care of the packaging, labeling, and shipping."
