We have achieved the ROC ("Report on Compliance") and the AOC ("Attestation of Compliance") that distinguishes us as a PCI DSS certified company ("Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard")

This certification means a guarantee for our customers. It is a high standard that brands of credit and debit cards are demanding and in Bidaiondo we can offer it. Because we treat personal data and card data with maximum security and confidentiality. This certification has been granted by a security auditor recognized as QSA ("Qualified Security Adviser") by the PCI Council.

The PCI DSS standard, in its native language (English), means data security standard for the payment card industry. This standard has been developed by a committee formed by the most important payment card companies in the world (VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, American Express, JCB and Discover Financial Services). These companies have joined their efforts to ensure security in the treatment of information associated with card payments and prevent fraud, so that they require all organizations that process, store and / or transmit card data, compliance with these rules .
